Christian H. Pedersen
Chief Executive Officer 
Christian serves as Co-Managing Member of Kirk Energy and oversees the day to day operations of the company. His responsibilities generally include: fleet development and support, real estate procurement, corporate presentations, and marketing. Christian also frequently serves as a panelist for a variety of alternative energy venues and is a regular contributor to media stories on the CNG industry.
In addition to Kirk Energy, Christian holds executive level positions with two other businesses within The Kirk Family of Companies. This includes Kirk Development, a real estate development firm and H & O Services, a commercial/industrial waste and recycling firm.
Prior to his association with The Kirk Family of Companies, Christian practiced law in the Boston area where he specialized in complex commercial litigation. Christian remains an admitted member of the bar in Ohio, Massachusetts, the District of Columbia, and various federal courts.
Andrew K. Rill
Chief Financial Officer
Andrew serves as the other Co-Managing Member of Kirk Energy with responsibilities for the company’s strategy, business development and financial affairs. Andrew is also a Vice President and Owner of Findlay Machine and Tool, Inc., a manufacturer of industrial equipment, machining, fabrication, and engineering services. As a former Senior Manager in Ernst and Young, LLC’s Transaction Services Group, Andrew specialized in financial and operational consulting on buy-side acquisitions.
